Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Link4Music, operated by Nejc Drole, Slovenia (“we”). By creating an account or using Link4Music you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use account-based features.

2. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@link4music.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Profiles and authority

You may create musician, band and location profiles only if you are that person, or are authorised to represent that band or location. You confirm this before publishing. One account can manage several profiles.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (text, photos, links, messages). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce and adapt it (for example resizing photos) only as needed to operate and present Link4Music. You must have the rights to everything you upload.

5. Public visibility

Published profiles, including photos, links and map position, are visible to anyone. Drafts are not public. Location precision works as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Verification badge

A verified badge means we reviewed information supplied for that profile. It does not guarantee identity, quality, reliability or anyone's conduct, and it is not an endorsement. We may remove it at any time.

7. Inquiries and messages

Inquiries and messages are for genuine music-related contact between profiles. Be respectful and do not send spam.

8. Agreements between users

Link4Music helps people find and contact each other. We are not a party to any agreement, booking, payment or performance arranged between users and are not responsible for their fulfilment. Check details and agree terms directly with the other party.

9. Prohibited use

Do not: impersonate others or create profiles without authority; post false, misleading, illegal, infringing, hateful or explicit content; harass others; send spam or unsolicited advertising; collect other users' data; interfere with or try to bypass the security of the service; or use automated means to access it without permission.

10. Reports and moderation

You can report a profile with the Report button on it. We may review content and, where we consider it necessary, remove content, withdraw a verification badge, or restrict or remove profiles and accounts that breach these Terms or the law.

If we restrict or unpublish a profile, we notify its managers with the reasons. A profile owner or admin can appeal the decision once from the profile's edit page. We review the appeal and share the outcome. If an appeal succeeds, the restriction is lifted, and the profile can be published again by its managers.

11. Deleting profiles and your account

You can delete a profile you own, or your whole account, at any time. Deletion is described in our Privacy Policy; conversations remain visible to the other participant with your profile shown as “Deleted profile”.

12. Third-party services and links

Profiles may link to external websites, and maps are provided by OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

13. Availability and changes

Link4Music is provided as it is and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. We aim to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content, conduct or agreements of users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

15. Termination

You may stop using Link4Music and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or where required by law.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use Link4Music after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to users under applicable law.
